A DAY SHOULD BE MADE AVAILABLE FOR MIDWEEK AND WEEKEND  PLAYERS  IN  THE  SAME  WEEK  FOR EVENTS MARKED WITH *

Trophies for these competitions will be presented at the County AGM and will be held for one year

 
Competition Detail Results
The Lumley Centenary Foursomes *

An 18 hole Stableford Foursomes, to be played between 1st May and 31st July 2012Entry Fee £2.00 per pair.  Copy of winning card (photocopy will suffice) to be sent to the County Competitions Secretary by 22nd August 2012 together with entry fees.  Cheques should be made payable to WLCGA

 
County Presidents Prize *

An 18 hole Stableford competition in two divisions, handicaps 0-20 and 21-36, to be played at each Club during the month of June 2012.   Entry Fee: £1.50
A copy of the winners’ cards (handicaps 0-20 and 21-36) to be sent to the County Competitions Secretary by 12th July 2012 with entry fees.   Cheques should be made payable to WLCGA.

 

Coronation Medal *

An 18 hole Medal competition in two divisions, handicaps 0-20 and 21-36, to be played at each Club during the month of July 2012.  Entry Fee: £1.50.
Entry fees and cards for each winner should be sent to the County Competition Secretary by 16th August 2012.   Cheques should be made payable to  WLCGA.

 
County Captains Prize *

An 18 hole Medal competition in two divisions (handicaps 0-20 and 21-36) to be played at each Club during the month of August 2012.  A Perpetual Challenge Trophy, open to all competitors, will be awarded for the best Scratch Score returned.   The Trophy will be held for one year.  Entry Fee: £1.50.
A copy of the winners’ cards (Scratch and Handicap in each division) to be sent to the County Competition Secretary by 13 September 2012 with entry fees.   Cheques should be made payable to WLCGA.

 
County Medal Cup

The three best nett scores returned in a EWGA Medal between 1st April and 30th September 2012.  If more than one EWGA Medal is played during any month, it is the score from the first medal in which the player competes which will count for this Cup.
Results to be sent to the County Competition Secretary by 11th October 2012 on the form provided.
